By registering for any Arianna Powers Lewis Inc. class or on-line services account or using any Arianna Powers Lewis Inc. services the student acknowledges that you have read and agree to be bound by the below Terms of Service.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

In consideration for receiving permission to participate in any Arianna Powers Lewis Inc. Class(es), Private Tutoring sessions, or any other service(s) offered, you hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Arianna Powers Lewis Inc., its officers, employees, shareholders, associates, affiliates, and/or the facilities where its activities are held (hereinafter referred to as releases) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or any of the property belonging to you, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.

You further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releases from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to your participation in said activity, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise.

It is your express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of your family and spouse, if you are alive, and your heirs, assigns and personal representative, if you are deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue the above-named releases. You hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

You warrant and assure that you are at least 18 years of age and fully competent. You acknowledge that the above constitutes the whole of our waiver of liability and hold harmless agreement, and that no additional claims or representations have been made.

Under the State of Florida Law we are NOT required to be an ACCREDITED SCHOOL as our Exam Prep Workshop  is less than 40 hours and classes are both On-Line and in house.   Examination Preparations Training Centers are NOT A SCHOOL. We are a Private Tutoring Center. We offer PRIVATE Tutoring in the Medical Field.

Cancellation of Classes   Arianna Powers  Lewis Inc.  reserves the right to cancel classes or reschedule any classes for which there is insufficient enrollment.

We reserve the RIGHT to REFUSE our PRIVATE Tutoring SERVICES to anyone. This is a hands on  participation and is PERSONAL with One Tutor. Because this is Hands-On...  it is important to have the ATTITUDE of being willing to learn and participate in our  We therefore reserve the right to REFUND your money and ask you to leave if there are personality issues.  We are here to SERVE and  HELP THOSE who truly come to learn in peace.  We want everyone to be happy.  The ATTITUDE of being open and willing to learn and participate is very important in this type of Tutoring environment.

We DO NOT Tutor those who are learning the CNA Skills to open a CNA training center .

We DO NOT Tutor RN's LPN's or Doctors.

We Do NOT GIVE PERMISSION to use our Private Tutoring Material for any usage beyond the personal CNA Training for new CNA Students.
